Compatible Apps (NOT included; some Apps or features require separate purchase) include OBD Fusion, CAR SCANNER ELM OBD2, Infocar, Torque Lite/Pro (Android only), as well as more generic OBD Apps like Piston (Android), FourStroke (iOS), and OBD Auto Doctor (iOS & Android). For BMW and MINI owners, BimmerCode and BimmerLink are compatible options. OBD JScan is suitable for selected Jeep/Dodge vehicles, and Dr. Prius is for Toyota/Lexus hybrid owners.

To use the OBDCheck BLE, first install a compatible App, then plug the device into your vehicle's OBD-II port and turn on the ignition. Make sure the Bluetooth is enabled, and the "VEEPEAK" device appears on the list. Start the App, select the right connection type or adapter in settings to connect.

No App is included with the OBDCheck BLE. Users need to download a compatible third-party App from the App Store or Google Play Store. The available features mainly depend on the chosen App. For BMW and MINI vehicles, the OBDCheck BLE only supports 2008+ models, and G-series (e.g. G01, G03, G20, G30) are not fully compatible with BimmerCode.

The OBDCheck BLE can work on most electric vehicles, but requires a suitable App like Car Scanner ELM OBD2, Dr Prius, ABRP, LeafSpy, etc. However, it may not be able to read manufacturer-specific PIDs like transmission temperature. The OBDCheck BLE communicates via Bluetooth LE for iOS devices and Classic Bluetooth for Android. It operates at 9V~16V and max 45mA. The device is compatible with OBD-II compliant vehicles in the US (1996+), Canada (1998+), Mexico (2006+), and Europe (2001+ gas, 2004+ diesel). Enhanced diagnostics and EV compatibility depend on the chosen App.
