Mini ELM327 OBDII Car Diagnostic Scanner for Android and Windows Devices

For Windows PC, it is recommended to use the installation software in the "ScanMaster-ELE v2.1" folder under the OBDII On Window PC software directory on the CD-ROM. The device comes with an exclusive App which is free and the simplest one to use. You don't have to manually pair with Bluetooth or connect to a cellphone, as it's all done automatically with just a click. Various Apps and installation instructions are provided, but partial Apps need to be charged. You can run the CD to select the appropriate App.

This Bluetooth OBD2 diagnostic scan tool is only available for Android and Windows devices. It is not compatible with iOS devices, nor is it compatible with Diesel, New Energy (including Hybrid & Electric), and Modified Vehicles. For your vehicle to be OBD II compliant, it must have a 16-pin DLC (Data Link Connector) under the dash, and the Vehicle Emission Control Information Label must state that the vehicle is OBD II compliant.
